I am Madiha Rafiq passionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist with a Master’s degree in Psychology and over 5 years of experience working as an ABA Therapist Trained as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and International Behavior Therapist (IBT), I specialize in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Skilled in developing individualized therapy plans, managing challenging behaviors. Specialized diploma in Speech and Language Pathology. Developmental delays, and speech-language challenges. Skilled in behavior intervention, individual therapy planning, and parent collaboration, I strive to create supportive, engaging, and meaningful therapeutic experiences for each child.

Additionally, I've completed training in IBT (Individualized Behavior Therapy) and have 3 years of experience in ABA. Working with individuals with diverse needs. Currently, I'm working as an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist at Autism Jewel, where I'm passionate about supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
